I love traveling but do not get all the vacation I would like, so I have decided to rent the spare room at the apartment I own.
The apartment has two bedrooms: one is mine and the other is open for visitors. There is also a sunny living room, a spacious kitchen, a fantastic balcony, and laundry facilities. The apartment is clean, bright, well ventilated, and very comfortable. Broadband WiFi Internet access is available and a woman comes to clean once a week.

Located in the area of Plaza Italia, in the Palermo Soho neighbourhood, the address is Gurruchaga 2351 (between Guemes and Charcas streets). It’s a safe neighborhood (a police station one block and a half away) and a convenient location because it’s only a 3-minute walk to the grand Avenue Santa Fe and the Plaza Italia subway station (the “D” line to downtown). There are also plenty of buses and taxicabs that can take you anywhere in the city. Palermo Soho itself is home to a large number of restaurants of all kinds, unique shopping opportunities (chic clothing boutiques, home furnishings, hand-crafted articles, etc.), cafes, nightclubs and parks.
