Who stayed in Fede’s Apartment

By May 2015, around 30 people from different countries have stayed home: Australia, USA, Belgium, Spain, Peru, France, Malta, Brazil, Holland, UK, Colombia, are some of the countries I can recall. I love all these multiculturalism, I have learned so much!
Some of the people that stayed home, shared feelings on their experiences, see below:

Caspar – Netherlands, 3 months
The neighbourhood is the best of BSAS! you have the best bars, restaurants, stores and what's also important that it is quiet, very save and beautiful. the apartment is very big there is enough space for 2 people, it is clean, nice balcony and last but not least Fede is a great room-mate to have around.

Sophie – England, 2 and a half months
The apartment has an excellent location being right in the heart of Palermo Soho and near to Avenida Santa Fe. Despite being so close to all the action, the street is very quiet; I spent many happy hours relaxing in the hammock on the balcony and enjoying the sunshine. I liked the apartment a lot; it is spacious, clean, bright and has a machine for making the best bread in town. I loved living with Fede, he is easy-going, friendly and interested in learning about other people and cultures. From the very first day I lived there I felt as though it was my home.

Ian – England – 5 months
The location of the apartment is perfect. My guidebook describes Plaza Italia as the 'gateway to Palermo', with all the parks and restaurants that it has to offer. Plus the flat is actually a couple of blocks back from the main road so it's nice and quiet. I could walk to my Spanish school, to all the best bars, to the parks, to the cinema, to the gym, everything. The flat itself is superb. The balcony gets loads of sun, the kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is very comfortable, and there's a washing machine (which is surprisingly unusual in Buenos Aires flats I found). Fede is an ideal flatmate, and quickly became a true friend. He is very easy to live with, tidy and considerate. He is a knowledgeable guy too, he knows the city backwards and can give you advice on everything you might need, plus he is a worldly-wise type of fellow, well-travelled and open to new ideas! He speaks near-perfect English (and Portuguese) but was unfailingly patient with my terrible attempts to speak Spanish.

Misha - USA - 5 months
I lived with Fede for the first six months of 2009, and had a wonderful time. His apartment is lovely: in a very safe and exciting neighborhood with easy access to transportation, and the place itself is very clean, spacious, and well-kept. Fede himself was a joy to live with: very interesting guy with fun friends, and he plays a mean guitar.
I searched far and wide for housing when I moved to BA, and I can guarantee that living with Fede is far and away the best option out there.
